WEEKLY
Family Community Groups
For young adults, families, and kids. Several groups meet at various times and places around our community. During these meetings, generations of our church meet and connect in a casual setting. These groups are structured to include fellowship, teaching sessions on family living, Bible teaching, teaching for kids, group discussion, and community engagement.
A 6-week study group that happens seasonally (Fall and Spring).
Highland Community Church believes every child is a gift from God and rejoices at their presence in our multi-generational community of faith. Scripture establishes the home as God’s designed mechanism for development, training, and spiritual formation. Our goal is to faithfully equip parents, guardians, and caretakers to be the primary disciple-makers of their home.
While the primary responsibility falls upon parents, the church is to be a loving context of support, encouragement, and training in this endeavor. Our church, therefore, seeks to faithfully partner with families along the way. Nevertheless, sin has created brokenness in every family. Whatever place or season your family is in, our church seeks to love each family and equip you to intentionally proclaim the gospel and disciple your children in your home to the glory of God.
So, whether you are a parent or guardian, grandparent, aunt or uncle, single or married, or anyone in the larger church family, you can support the work of family discipleship. Below you will find ministries and opportunities to have our church partner with your family.
